Just went here spontaneously one summer night for a random dinner with large group of family as we were renting a nearby villa . Great service accommodating twenty of us st a long table on the outside terrace. A variety of big sharing pasta dishes were perfect for us. I especially loved the truffle ravioli. It’s straight off a motorway, so the dark half hour walk there was unplanned, taxis home were necessary, which they kindly called for us. July 2023

Here, unfortunately, we were only disappointed. After we had booked and paid for a Superiore room, we were told that this room was no longer available, but only a Classico. When we entered the room, it turned out that this was a 3-bed room on the top floor directly under the roof, without any view. We had also booked a table in the restaurant. When we arrived for dinner, the first thing we were told was what was not available. The menus that were on the table were only told to us during the ordering process that they were not valid for the evening. When I then wanted to order a Chianti for dinner, we were also told that it was no longer available. We were not given a detailed account of the consumption that still had to be paid for. Conclusion: Everything is promised here and in the end nothing is delivered. Unfortunately, we have to say that we were taken for a ride here. This is a pity, because the place would have been a great place. For us the first and last time here. We cannot give a recommendation.
